Importance of good food
At Townhouse we know how important it is to enjoy. In the morning, a delicious traditional breakfast buffet is ready in the living room, full of fresh fruit, bread, various types of savory and sweet toppings, fresh eggs, hot side dishes, juice, coffee and tea and a glass of bubbles. On weekends you can sleep in extra late, then we serve breakfast extra long: until 11 am.
Breakfast
In the morning we serve a delicious traditional breakfast buffet with fresh fruit, breads, sweet and savoury toppings, fresh eggs, warm side dishes, fruit juice, coffee, tea, and a glass of sparkling wine.
Breakfast is served on:
- Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM
- Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM
High Tea in Maastricht
During our high tea, also known as ‘afternoon tea,’ you can enjoy delicious scones with jam and clotted cream, savoury sandwiches, and sweet nibbles including divine macaroons. Of course, our high tea wouldn’t be complete without some delicious tea or freshly ground coffee. The tea comes from the famous Maastricht-based family company Maison Blanche Dael, which supplies the best tea in the region! Come along to enjoy delicious food and have a sit-down and catch-up with friends, colleagues, or family.
Drinks & Bites
If you feel like something to drink and a bite to eat during the day or evening, we have a menu filled with delicious light meals including a piece of vlaai with coffee, a gin and tonic, and craft beer with a snack. And you can even take a traditional Limburg vlaai home with you when you leave. Simply place your order the day before checkout. In the Townhouse living room you can help yourself to drinks and snacks, but we are also happy to pour a drink for you. All that you need to do is to give us your room number when placing your order. In the evening we serve our special nightcap based on a recipe from our gin partner Loopuyt. The perfect finish to a perfect day. Sweet dreams!
